My back day is probably my least favorite lifting day. I hate doing back for some reason. Right now, I'm doing rack pulls, deads, bb rows, v grip rows, lat pull down and pull-ups. Get dem cobra lats!

 

Just got home on the big island away from school

I was practicing hang cleans at home with 100 and 150lbs

a bug flew into my throat mid jump-shrug
I coughed

and hit myself in the face with the bar

 

I hate when I smack my chin. Shit hurts soooo bad.

 

Yea. I usually do that when warming up or doing a light set after doing sets of three. I've only managed to make contact about a handful of times, but countless close calls.

 

Caught some protein today in preparation for my upcoming bulk

the original jack3d before this one was ridiculous, I'd get one hell of a pump...but I was a tiny high schooler

this is their 3rd generation formula, but it still has DMAA in it....

As a chemist, I want to try it

for science

Gained 2 lbs this weekend and I'm fairly certain it wasn't muscle lol...

 

I tried the cable ab things and smacked my head on the ground in front of everyone ha ha.

 

That why you keep your mouth shut till the bar is safely on your shoulders. Keeps your tongue in 1 piece

 

I had a friend who would push off the squat safety racks with his arms when he was maxing
