I figured I would ask the Maine crew... Anyone willing to part with or sell a center cap for the 2nd gen stock steel rim?

    Oh, I see. Gotcha.
How's that weird "temple" thing on the way up the road to Ira Mountain coming along? The last time I went up Ira the guy had just started building it.
I have one kicking around somewhere that I'll sell you for $20, if I can find it. Town Fair "lost" one of mine when I had them swap my Duratracs on last winter. They claimed that it was missing when I brought it in, and rather than argue with them about it I just bought a new one at Emerson and installed it. Three or four days later I get a call from Town Fair, apologizing and saying that they had in fact found my center cap behind a stack of tires.
I went and picked it up and put it somewhere in either the garage, the shed, or the basement. If I can find it I'll let you know?

I assume you must mean the amphitheater type place nearer the bottom. They had the equipment all around it the day I was there, one of those things that will probably never be finished.

    Yeah, that's the one.
The guy that's building it claims that it's based on a temple down in Mexico or South America or something. :notsure:

Are these two pictures looking north or northeast toward the bigelows and flagstaff?

I have not been up Ira mountain, but I have been over the area just to the east of Flagstaff and the Bigelows.

The first picture looks mostly west and has sugarloaf on the far left and the bigelows on the right. Second picture are the bigelows and flagstaff in late september, and the third picture is almost from the exact same spot the following july. Last picture is looking south at the spot where I took the first three on round top mountain. It's a pretty rough trail getting up there and I haven't done it in the truck yet. Now that I have skids I'm just waiting for the rest of the lift and getting up there in the truck will be doable.

Yup they are, I tried getting the Kibby Mt wind towers but they are too white and far away to be picked up with a cell phone.

Anyone on here with a lifted black first gen extended cab with no rear bumper? Looked pretty clean. Saw it tonight headed toward Ellsworth from Bar Harbor.

I actually love "real Maine". But sometimes stereotypes hold true...
