Now to find student loans without ridiculous interest

Yeah, my student loans are about 6.5% interest. It sucks. The government gets rich off of students education. Not right at all. It's a double tax, because when you start working after you graduate, you are paying income taxes too.

 

So I've got a squeal in my truck. Only happens when I'm accelerating, usually around 20mph then goes away. Changed my serpentine belt and it's still there. It will stop when I let off the gas. I'm thinking it's either an idler pulley or possible could be the carrier bearing. Any ideas?

 

Idlers tend to be noisy all the time when they're on the way out. I'd say carrier bearing, or something else on the driveline (U-joints maybe)

 

Carrier bearing has some play. I'll start there.

 

Where should I get a new carrier bearing. Going to start there.

When the idler pulley went out on my '96 Tacoma it didn't squeal all the time but it definitely didn't happen consistently at a certain speed either. It was all over the place.

 

It's hot and muggy outside. Shweting balls here! The disadvantage to the Monsoon being here.

 

I'm doing private loans. The lowest I can get is 6.5% but the FAFSA thing is a ripoff

 

6.5 and it's a government loan.

 

I think it was like $220 installed at AZ Driveshaft when I did it last. Was worth the 80-100 labor imo in this shitty heat lol.

 

That's where we went. New u joint and new carrier bearing and it fixed it

Yeah im happy. Still very high danger but as long as you dont have raging bon fire it will be fine

 

I am pretty sure camp rules for these trips requires you to be belligerent drunk at all times.

Dunno if you want to be working with small parts, electronics and soldering irons...
