    I have driven down PINS all the way down the island to the Port Mansfield cut in some previous 4x4 Tacomas I've owned but I have never been to South Padre, ever.
    Maybe that weekend we can start thinking about a more local trip.
    I'd like to stay overnight and do some surf fishing and swill a little beer.
    I understand Matagorda is supposed to be a treacherous and challenging drive but I'm open to any beach on the upcoming weekend of the 25th.
    I consider SLP my home beach.
