    I used the same stuff as Colin. If you look in his build thread you can find it. But i also used rubber washers between the metal washers and fenders to avoid scratching.

    Probably around $60 or so. Its all stainless and then i painted them with rustoleum bed liner.

    I like the look. Lots of people say it finishes it and makes it a little more aggressive. As for size.....i have no idea. I can't remember.
