I prefer crapping in the woods over some cramped camper toilet. Nice and spacious, generally smells better, and ego doesn't like squatting against a tree and letting loose...

We had a pallet style floor for the outdoor shower but just used it to clean off from beach

I agree. I'm like Seth, I prefer really camping but this will be easier while Joseph is really young. I'm also all for digging a hole in the woods and giving back to nature :D
That's all I really see the outdoor shower being used for also. The trailer has a really small holding tank so you couldn't take much of a shower anyways and it'd use all your water up in one shot.

If you are at a camp ground you dont need the fresh water tank. There should be a female hose bib that says city water.

There is an inlet for city water. I was more referring to if you're really camping, no hook ups.

Yea good luck with that. Most woman are not going to want to do that type of camping. A good trade off is the state parks. Not so populated but still you can get hookups and usually close to alot of nature/hiking/biking trails. Check this web site out. It gives you a good idea what each place has for you to do.

Most of the places we go usually don't have hook-ups. We've been tent camping for years together so we're used to it. Having a few gallons on board and hot water to give the little one a bath will make things easier.
I didn't realize state campground around here have hook ups, the state ones we usually go to in other states typically don't. Kendra is actually pretty good about camping, she did a lot of backpack camping when she was younger and enjoys going to more remote areas. I'll check the website out, we'll need some shorter trips we can do in a weekend just to get everyone out of the house and get some use out of the camper.
