Well, no working out for me until Monday, as I just had 3 lipomas removed from my abdomen. No more bulging fat deposits, though!

That's what I was thinking. That one you could see in my pic was the size of a big grape! I had 2 other ones that were pea-sized. Now, i can get below 10% without looking like a freak

Edit: that one that's visble about 3 inches to the right of my belly button was one of them. The big one is to the left of my belly button, about an inch down and to the left. My belly fat hid it pretty well the last one was between my upper and middle abs on the left and was just barely visible

 

Are you going to have 3 scars were they removed them now ?

He said probably not because he did the stitches internally and fused my skin back together. If I do, it's no big deal because I rock the hairy chest most of the time anyway lol

I wear the under armor/spandex type shirts (the thicker ones, inthink mine are for baseball). I picked up a bunch at ross for like 15$ each or so.

You can size them up since they are skin tight and will almost fit like a regular shirt.

 

spent almost 15 mins telling this dude in the gym yesterday that on a bulk you don't need as much protein as if you were on a cut, dude was eating like 270g of protein weighting like 200 lbs. he gon bust his asshole opening eating that much protein.

 

You really don't need that much protein honestly, i weight around 270lbs and i only take in 200g of protein max, most of my calories are fats since im carb sensitive.

 

140 for 200lbs is fine, but that dude was eating 270g of protein, he said he drinks like 5 shakes a day, i like my shake but damn.

 

I peak at around 190 at 155.........

 

1.15g/lb for me is around 180. depends on how hard I plan on going/went that day
