Can't get on to the other forum so I'll post this here, I need to clean out my garage and there is a stack of tires in my way. Fierce attitude 285 70r17, 65-70% remaining, $500, may trade for something interesting (Winch or compressor)

Hey guys, my mom is just finishing work in whitecourt and her top plate front shock bushings are toast. She has a spacer kit that i think is starting to fail. Her truck is a 2002 Tacoma Black stepside 3.4l. Any ideas for parts?

    Awesome, thanks man.

Ya i was thinking a stock shock/coil setup would be the easiest. She was talking to some shops and they're telling her $300 for new spacer bushings.... I said fuck that let me figure something out.

It would be easy to replace. Simple shock assembly in and out

Gateway Toyota was pretty handy with my truck, purchased 3 weeks ago. I was working with Sherwood Park Toyota at first because of the good reputation they have, but Gateway had a slightly used 14 with some extras for less than a brand new TRD Sport DCLB.

Sherwood park toyota has parts discount if you "sign up" for ct4wd. 10 or 15% on some items.

From what I can tell, as someone who is a free member of ct4wd, the club is big time within 50 km of Calgary. Outside of that radius it is growing but not really there yet. They rarely have trail runs, events, or classes that aren't Calgary based. If you decide to join as a paying and active member you'll be driving to Calgary 90% of the time to participate in there meets and runs.

Oh, and as sort of mentioned, before you're allowed to do anything fun outside of the website you are obligated to take all of there safety courses. Not saying that's a bad thing but it's a lot of cost just to go out once or twice, like I do, a year compared to other local clubs.

If the courses were free and if they had a local active chapter closer to me I'd join as a paying member. Till then I'll lurk around there site for free.
