I can probably carry two extra people if anyone needs a ride.

Also - do we have trail ideas yet? Probably only want to run a 5 or so on TD. Something wide so the group won't be hogging the whole trail, and something with a few good stopping points for 15 trucks.

Twin Cone and Slaughterhouse would fit the bill but they're a bit far from the Springs.

Ok. So if I'm goin to try to make it out there for an adventure we gotta figure out some dates. I have to do it after fiscal year end, which is August. So I think going over any weekend in September but the first one works. I wanted to do 3 trails preferably with a day of rest. So I would deive out Thursday and leave Tuesday. Unless I bagged he day of rest and left Monday.

Over Labor Day is an option but I don't think I could get that Friday off, plus most people have plans for that.

So, thoughts? What works for all interested?
We can make a thread if need be

Pretty serious list. I will do some research to see if my rig is up to snuff for those. HC looks awesome until Cleveland rock. Would love to join for at least one.

Jace, are you thinking of BM proper, or would Red Elephant be an option?

Revenge! That would be pretty solid though. My only recommendation would be to include one of the really high trails for the full CO experience, like Red Cone, Mosquito Pass or similar. You could go (Red Cone)>Wheeler>Mosquito>HC>IC/Griz, that would be pretty sweet.

Nice find Bob! I want to note a couple of things since those videos are from just this past 4th of July:

    • River is actually kind of low. Surprising with all the snow.
    • It appears in that the large rock on the left line now has more room around it. 2nd Gens might actually fit now.
    • So that everyone understands the scale of the UniMog vs. our regular size human trucks - Note the RTT on just the back corner of the bed of that thing. It's a monster.

Normally I would just say give me the harder shit for our rigs, but I actually want to be able to wheel with people too and not alienate then due to trail difficulty. So I'm putting my trust in the locals for the planning :)

It's either go sky diving or a wheeling trip to CO, and I think im choosing CO

Another question. Will this trail loop bein and end about the same place? Or at least have me going home the same way I started? If I can drive down on the ATs and leave em somewhere and wheel the trip on the 35s and then swap tires again for the drive back that would make a much nicer dive
