This especially when you first get into north Houston and down town area it's stupid congested

 

45 is getting worse up north near me now with Exxon and the Grand Parkway being built

 

How about going from Clear Lake to Houston

Horrible. My dad lives in league city and works downtown. He now only drives into work once a week and works form home the rest of the week because traffic is so bad.

 

yea avoid that area, expecially just north of bay area...
