    I am trying to do everything to move forward

    Right now I am doing these things:
    Getting counseling from a professional that knows both my ex and I personally
    Getting counseling from one of my very influential and wise professors
    Working out and dieting losing weight
    Hanging with friends a lot
    Trying to fill the hours of my day with something to so every hour of the day until I go to bed
    Picking up hours for work

    I also got my 21st next Tuesday and then Vegas with my buddies that weekend

    I have a feeling she is going to text me or contact me for my birthday, how should I respond or do I respond at all?

    Also I deactivated my Facebook so she can't see what I'm up to but she's still on Instagram
    Was thinking is it bad that I post pics of me having fun there? I don't wanna come of like some immature or petty person, and partly I don't want her to see what I have been doing so that she can keep tabs on me and shiz. Thoughts

    What I did was make it to where I couldn't see her, her friends, or family on FB, and IG. If she was to contact me for my birthday I'd just say "Thanks" and leave it at that. I got screwed over too so she should know what's up, especially when that happens
