    My condolences. That area is fucked.... like proper fucked. I used to work at 45 and Research Forrest and live off 249 behind the Imax. Best decision I've made in the last 5 years is selling my house and moving way out of that area. Traffic around there is enough to make people homicidal and only getting worse.
