I might be interested I. Buying you 17-85 or whatever. If I can't fix my 18-135

 

I still have it. Whats wrong with that kit lens?

 

Nothing..yet.

Chunk on dirt made it inbetween the in ER and outer zoom part. It gets in the way of the autofocus motor now and when you zoom in name out. Have to shake it to get it to move.

Cost me a few killer shots of Marc's truck.

No idea how it got in there. Gonna try and take the back plate off to see if I can get it out.

 

I hope its a simple fix, not that I wouldn't mind selling you the 17-85.

Really? Mine never has done that..either one.

Mine does off high revs..about it. Almost killed me in lander last weekend.

 

I also have a 24-105. No L tho.

 

Well not an L. No cool kid points haha

I'd need both at that point..24 isn't wide enough for me haha

 

It does sit unused a lot tho. Typically from sunday afternoon to the following saturday morning.

Before I got the 10-22, was my fave. Its really small (and light), just a little larger than a 50 mm.

 

The 24-105 is like 50mm size? That's tiny..haha

Still wouldn't be wide enough haha

 

Its bigger than a 50 but still by far the smallest and lightest lens I own.

I'm pretty sure that wa gas only has ethenol during the winter.

 

Could be.

I run just 85.

That I doubt.

 

If its changed, its only recently. Ethenol was spefically introduced to minimize smog emmission during the winter. Air quality is more of a problem because of inversion layers. Produces trapped cold air.
