    Y'all think the Engineer/Field-guy feud is bad. Try adding in CNC Programmers and Machinists in the mix. Thank goodness i'm just doing an internship right now. The Programmers think they know more than the Engineers. They even go as far as to redraw and recreate the drawings/models that the Engineers already signed off on. The Machinists think they know more than the Programmers and even change code at the machine to run things their way. Luckily the multiple steps of QC inspections pick up most of the issues before the Field-guys assemble everything.:goingcrazy:

    I am just glad that I have worked on both sides, from being in the field building stuff to being in the office designing stuff, and I have mutual respect for all parties.
