looking for tailights poss. head lights as well

i bought some on ebay but there is a wiring problem and idk how to fix it workin on returning them unless someone knows what the problem is the left brake light does not get brighter when brakes are pressed it just stays on like driving glow and the right one stays bright like brakes are being pressed just doesnt go dim to driving light brightness im confused the company is being douches and hv only sent me one return label so if i figure out whats wrong with these or anyone can tell me then i may have another pair for sale but i wanna fix it first its their bad for not sending two return labels anywho if i just have to eat my money on these then i need a website that sells these but not too expensive also looking for headlights i will post pics in a minute

 

I'm guessing those lights were designed for 1995.5 - 2000 Tacos, but also (mis-)advertised for 2001 - 2004 Tacos as well.

The taillight grounding scheme changed in 2001. 2001+ tails can be used on pre-2001 Tacos 'as is'. Pre-2001 tails can't be used on 2001 - 2004 Tacos 'as is'.

 

so how do i fix that? what do i need to just switch a wire in the harness or what? and that would explain why the blew a fuse
