    Just kidding!!

Call a locksmith. It'll cost you $50 to $70 but you won't damage you truck.

just have someone mail you a key. or stick a flat head screw driver inbetween the rear sliding windows and pop the plastic tab off, thats what i did when i locked my self out of my truck. or you could call the popo and have them use the slim jim to open your door.

    also:

i saw your truck in the 1st gen pics thread, what did you use to paint your grill and what type of rims do you have?

Ask a campus police officer if they will help. Sometimes they will be nice enough to send a firetruck to do it. The told me they would only do it if the engine was running, or an animal was locked in the vehicle, but saw I worked for the county and they came and did it for me anyway for free.

    Its worth a shot

I was able to slide a thin piece of plastic through the slider on the back window and push open the latch. I then had a very thin young child climb through and open the door.

I am a cop and I will tell ya how we do it....

We have a "Long arm" kit.... Now you wont have that but you can come up with one with some ingenuity... You need a wedge to put between the door and the roof, once you have it open a enough to get a metal rod down through the opening bend it a little at a time until you can hit your unlock button... Like I said common sense and ingenuity... Dont get crazy with wedging the door open because you can spring doors and break glass... Hope this helps a little...

After reading this thread, it dawned on me how utterly worthless the door lock, latches, etc. all are. At best they only slow a thief down and everyone else could care less 'cause they're not thieves. There are all kinds of security products that prevent a vehicle from being stolen, but is there really a good product to prevent entry????

Best way to do it without doing much damage. I had to do this at work once. Get a coat hanger Or welding Rod something sturdy. find a wooden or rubber wedge, at the top right corner, (driver side) or top left (passenger side) insert wedge enough to have some space to stick in the rod. from there try to hit your unlock button.

Edit: also Everything can be found at Home depot or walmart.

Heh..Clemson FD ain't gonna come out for that..maybe the campus parking police.

I haven't done it myself, but a friend of mine used a thin piece of metal (think ruler, or coat hanger), and pushed the plastic clip for the rear sliding glass, then pushed it open.

I'm down the road from you in Pendleton, if you run out of resources, PM me, I may can find someone to help you out. I have some police friends in Clemson/Pickens/Oconee.
