as long as it's filled properly you shouldn't have a problem as they round out the hole to remove any trapped air (that's what expands under the heat from the defrost and spreads)
I'll have to look at my paperwork, but I'm pretty sure I was told that if it spreads and is not seal-able again the windshield would be replaced without me having to pay a deductible. but I have USAA for insurance, not sure if it's their policy or the chip repair place.

 

I just had a windshield put on. It ran me 185.00 and they came out to my work and installed it. Glass didn't have any defects. If you have any questions shoot me a pm. They are here in westminster.

I'm never going with safelite again for sure. My windshield cracked the first week. Got it filled and a week later cracked again. They says they purposely use a lower quality glass.

 

GEICO only uses Safelite unless there isn't one w/i 60 miles. They have the best resin out there & do have a guarantee that it won't open back up. you should be fine.

Good to know, I've been thinking about Anders for my 4R for the last year as the Safelite price is $285. I didn't know anyone else's experience with them, but now I do. Thank you sir!

bye bye exhaust leaks... The different sound of the headers makes me nervous. Going to need to get use to it.

 

Be prepared to not pass emissions...mine didn't due to the lack of cats

 

When it's time I'm planing of building a double cat on a single tube. Welding new steel is easy but how it's rusted right now would be a pain in the ass.

 

Looks okay to me bottom out or just time?

At idle it seems to idle high and has a deeper sound in the cab. Then it runs great at 1000 RPM and higher. At 2000 RPM it has deeper sound at the tail pipe. Not loud at all. Just different then what I'm use to. But it picks up a lot better then before.

 

Still got an O2 sensor? Mayne just getting used to no leak and will adjust shortly?

 

Yeah I still have both O2 sensors.

 

I had 2 O2's and they failed me

 

So did you have the same headers on one cat. Is that why you failed smog?

 

Unless my brain has failed to comprehend, that's a DT long tube on a v6, which is the exact set up I had on my taco and I failed emissions

 

Nope it's a 2.7 four cylinder. And it's a LC Engineering long tube header. They advertise 50 state legal. I do have a magnaflow cat on too.
