I'm always down to help. Old man emu is a great choice for 3"!
Depending on what plans you have the Wheelers offroad 3-leaf progressive add-a-leaf may be good enough for you, or my personal favorite, Chevy leaves (search for the thread by 4wd).

Light racing control arms (can be had for cheaper with research, sub 400). (budget/bargain) Bilstein 5100s, using factory coils, and a single leaf add a leaf is your cheapest option. Great entry for minor offroading. (budget/quality) old man emu, 885 springs without plate steel bumper, 886 with bumper. This is a strong lift and is very versatile. I have this lift and offroad.

(expensive/quality) Icon, Fox, King. High end, expensive, plush, showy/blingy.

Links to all 3 options from Toytec

My truck is my daily driver. I love riding mountain dirt roads and doing some fair offroading. I have the old man emu 886 spring and shocks up front, wheelers 1.5" aal and a Chevy leaf in the rear. I did my lift on the cheap and am extremely happy with it.

I can take you for a ride if you want to check it out.

YOU ROCK!... I would love to check yours out before I buy. Maybe we could get the Raleigh group to try and meet up at the CharGrill on Atlantic Ave?
