    well this year at school i decided to take an extra science even though i didnt have to...my teacher who is cool as hell was talkin about aquariums, he mentioned the one in GA and the one in maryland, witch one is better? and are there any better ones on the east coast? im traveling from NC up to 9 or 10 hour drive. so any suggestions?

    The National Zoo was awesome, so I can only guess that this one is just as good. :)

    The one at the Inner Harbor is nice. The Aquarium at Kure Beach in NC is small but neat.

    Believe it or not the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies in Gatlinburg is great. Great layout. This is coming from a Chicagoan who has always gone to the Shedd, one of the best in the world.

    agreed. I've gone to the shedd several times and found it to be no better than any other ones. I had forgot about the one in gatlinburg.

    I've been to the shedd aquarium in chicago, the new one in atlanta, the chattanooga aquarium, new orleans aquarium, and the ripleys one. I'd say the ripleys one is the best laid out aquarium i've been too.
