Just lookin' to see what most have done with dual shock mid travel set up. I also want to see whats more common, bypasses or just a secondary smooth body.

Here is my setup. I will caution you that setting up this MT with a secondary is a lot of headache to get right. My old LT truck was easy to setup.

I would go thru Downsouth Motorsports to get everything because we just sorted my King shock length out.

You have to get ride height and upper shock mount perfect or your shock will be too short. The Total Chaos brown truck with this kit is all based around a 4x4 Fox shock setup. Total Chaos and Downsouth have the correct King measurements now.

I would cycle your front suspension with coils out of your coil overs in order to get correct full bump and droop.

King will only make this in a double bypass because they said that a triple bypass tube would not be functional.

However, Fox will make you a triple bypass if you have to have one.

For valving you will have to get your coilover revalved to work with your bypass or secondary shock. I just got both of my shocks revalved and need to do a trip to see how they work together now.

Thanks. They are All Pro spacers with ARP studs. The wheel studs are ARP too that the spacers are mounted on.

I'm not a huge fan of spacers but you have to run them when running the TC lowers. Otherwise you will gouge out your tires on the secondary shock lower mount.

Thank you so much for participating!

I'm leaving everything up to Tim @ DMZ! I've heard else where that this set up could be a pain. Love your set up thanks again for sharing your epic set up!

Forgot to ask, who did your set up? Or did you do it your self?

I had a buddy weld it up but I did all the setup prep work. I should have gone to DMZ or Solo. I've spent way more fixing things than if I had a good shop do the setup correctly in one shot.

I learned a lot in the process but what a headache.

Ya I most definitely agree! I'll be using DMZ for the front and rear.

I'm still waiting for more info on TC's new leaf under conversion MT kit, what rear set up are you running?

I wish I was closer to DMZ. Tim is the man.

I'm running the All Pro standard pack with extended King 2.5 " resi shocks and Total Chaos bump mounts with King 2.0 bump stops.

It works well but I'm eyeing the DMZ spring under in a few years.
