My first new vehicle (Longest INTRO thread)

Ha, awesome thread!!
This is my first Brand New vehicle. I've had like seven, and all have been used/pre owned.
I don't even have it yet, it's coming down on a truck Monday.
2014 TRD off road package, I have the third entune option...that's all I know so far
Will post pics when it arrives.

Good morning all. I don't have my Taco yet but I have narrowed it down to two and I am waiting to hear which dealer will give me the most for my Wrangler. They are both 2014 TRD sports with the Nav system. First one, Pyrite Mica, has the JBL upgrade and a Leer (matched paint) camper shell with 4985 miles on it. This is my first choice and the other is a new Black without the JBL upgrade. This will be my first Tacoma and I am very excited.

First on the list for upgrades Tonneau cover and tailgate lock.

Since its my first and love to customize I will be on this site a lot and will be taking advise from most.

 

OHHHH already have a question..... Why is there not information on the 2015 since its due to hit the lots in a month? Should I wait? Does anyone think there will be changes? I saw the new TRD pro and it looks same in and out.

 

If you are in no rush you could wait till year end sales.

 

Well the deal is done..... I bought a 2014 Tacoma DCSB TRD sport with JBL/Nav in Pyrite mica. Picking it up tomorrow.

My first tacoma, probably going to miss my wrangler.

 

You will never miss that wrangler again,you will soon realize how better this is as a daily driver,city or hwy,not the less if you do the nessesary mods for off road....welcome to the TACOMA WORLD!!!!!!

 

My first tacoma! Owned a 2001 Elantra for about 5 years. FWD and a couple inches of clearance still got me out to the desert way more than would be reasonable.

Just bought this baby (2014 TRD Sport Spruce Mica). Took it camping to Lake Tahoe, pulled the popup trailer up the mountains like it was a feather.

 

Hey everyone, been checking out the forum for a bit and finally made a profile. I have a 2011 TRD Sport DCSB pretty much stock. So far I am extremely happy with my truck and plan on doing some work come tax season. here are some pics of it so far. Its done pretty well for street tires lol

 

Got my first Taco today. It's my first vehicle I've had and paid over 5 grand for so pretty excited. 2012 double cab v6 with 30k miles. Next plan of action is wheels, but that's for another thread. Leaning towards tko's with chaos center caps. Still browsing though
