We were able to beat a couple out with a BFH, PB Blaster, a ratchet tie down and a crowbar but the 2 main eye bolts had to be grinded and sawed off.....

Lower shock mounts should be burned on in a couple of days. Its a traveling trampoline until then :D

Yup, that thing is a beast!

We were in a pinch and had to pick them up at Home Depot so no. I think I'm going to order some and change them out. I REALLY don't want to have to do this again.

here's a right side LBJ failure pic while existing a O'Reillys a few months ago back. The ball separated, not the bolts.

    Bone stock. For now.
Has anyone ever heard of setting adjustable Bilstein 5100's to the first setting (1.25") with the 620lb ToyTec coils? This was recommended to me by someone and I just want to get some opinions before I have it done?

Just got done refinishing my flares.

I tried the filler+primer stuff for the deep gouges in the fiberglass. Did not work.

In order to truly bring these back to new I'd have to use fiberglass, sanding, etc.

I fully embraced my "fuck it, good enough" philosophy for the flares.

Did the usual: clean with soap/water, dry, mask, degreaser prep wipe, 3 light coats of self-etching primer (after giving up on the filler+primer) and about 4 or 5 light coats of Rustoleum semi-gloss.

We'll see how they hold up :notsure:

Same here. I had my son stand in the back and rock the truck and I could feel the cab flex towards the skids. I just don't want to replace body mounts.

Here's mine for comparison. Had to take it at a different angle due to the spare tire.

I've heard of it being done on 2nd gens, but with the 1st gen that'd put you at 4+'' of lift correct?
