I don't really remember...I know she worked with Christy Lindstrom though...that's basically who told her she had a job if she came back. She's actually from Blue Ridge, so she had ties to her anyway.

Yea...I'm ready to start eating normal food. Haha. I'm droppin basically a pound a day right now. I'm ready to get up to about 165.

Yea that would actually be pretty cool

I'm stilll trying to lift heavy so I don't lose too much strength.

Google and bb.com says stretch marks are impossible to prevent when gaining fast. However taking multi vitamins daily or vitamin e are supposed to help with the marks

I've been putting my ON creatine in my protein shake in the mornings on non workout days, is that ok or should I take it by itself? I probably would take it by itself if it was a flavored creatine. Also, I take medication for high blood pressure, should I or should I not take a pre-workout? I saw where they have caffeine free No-xplode which I'm not sure if its a benefit or not since it won't get you jacked up.

I love creatine... I forgot to mention I put that in my pre and post workout

as far as hbp.. Id talk to a doc for that... pre-workouts have the caffeine the b viatmins and what have you... but I have friends who avoid caffeine with hbp... just a doc thing at that point, last thing Id wanna do would be to give you wrong advice and then put you in danger

Yep. A couple more weeks and I'll be back on my 3500 calorie diet...can't wait. Still gonna push for a few more weeks and try to get in the single digit bf%

Yeah, the state senator I worked and will work for is from my hometown, as well. It certainly helps to have friends in high places

Creatine: 5-10 g per day (I do 5, 3 months on, 1 month off, but I know people who do it year-round)

Mix it with a shake or do what I do and just pour it in your mouth and chug some water!

Y'all talk about cutting and bulking like women talk about change hair styles....just get in the gym, lift your weights, make sure you eat enough and enjoy your body...

Damn, some serious work in here!

I just started 3 wks ago on the treadmill and using 5 pound weights while doing so for the first mile. Been hitting 2 miles a night or slightly more and burning 300 calories/100 fat calories.

Right now I'm 5 foot 10 and 240. Not good. I haven't done this kind of stuff since high school gym class, but turned 40 last yr and that combined with knee issues already made me realize it's time.

I was drinking 1.5-2 of the big bottles of Mt Dew a day. Right now it's Sprite Zero or Propel water.

    Breakfast: Cheerios, 300 cl
Lunch: Plain turkey or roast beef sandwich, 350-400 cal
Dinner: Depends, my wife is a great cook and will feed me veggies and good stuff.

Goals are to drop weight (wanna hit 200 at least) and get the legs stronger so I don't need a knee replacement in 5 yrs..wasn't told that but I'm not a dummy either.

    Not even once.

But srsly...lift how your body wants you to lift. All this junk about don't lift a body part more than once a week, etc etc...fuck all that. If you can get good recovery food in you quickly and you eat enough, you can work the same body part within 24-36 hours. C.T Fletcher and his arms every day for a year...I don't care if he was using gear, you can do it. I'm not talking 20+ sets but an arm workout everyday is not over training with the proper recovery.

If you think you can workout and not eat, you're wrong. Egg protein, red meat and whey and peanut butter... and carbs. I don't give a shit where you get em, but eat em.

I didn't gain 30 lbs in 3 years with sub 2 digit body fat eating like a girl and having rest days every week.

That's awesome, though. My goal is 8% to 10% body fat. You're killing it...you must be shredded!

    Mon - Chest/Bi's or Tri's
    Tue - Off
    Wed - Back
    Thu - Legs
    Fri - Off
    Sat - Intervals
    Sun - HIIT

I do cardio on Mon, Wed, Thu as well.
