    phantom creek?
    http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=210

    rule ridge?
    http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=223

    hotel gulch?
    http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=220

looks like you could do those back to back to back...rampart range then take hotel gulch to 67, head south a bit to rt78 over to Rule Creek to rt5 and meet up with phantom creek or vise versa

there's numerous other trails in that area if there's time after if someone wanted to head out for a challenge at some point..

could even do mt herman, http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=158, first to get to rampart and go from there...

Agreed I'm totally free for what ever. I'm not worried about driving from foco to the springs or farther south and then stopping at Rudy's. It's just driving not that big of a deal.

Just not sure I'd be able to sneak out of the house for 10 hours with some other things going on. If we hit a trail closer to Springs I should probably be able to swing it, but that additional ~2.5 hours round trip would make it much less likely.

But like I've said, I certainly don't want to be the factor that changes locations. I'll go if I can make it and swing by Rudy's if I can't.

    Haha that'd be chaotic

I'd be down for exploring more challenging ones...but I have to go to a football game on the same day in Highlands Ranch. That's why I'm eager to get times figured out lol But there are a few id like to explore up there at some point...if the weather ever turns nice.
