hey on friday i was chillen on my front bumper in my usual parking spot at school, i always back in and leave in a hitch for "insurance reasons" the dude that parks behind me is a pot head that cant drive for shit...well that being said my trailer hitch sticks over the curb, and thats all not in his space...this a hole whips his ford into his spot, stops, inches forward, stops again, inches forward till he hits my hitch, now this dumb ass dented his bumper and ripped off his front liscense plate,

he said behind my back he has plans to vandalise my truck and he is getting the schools sherriffs officer to "have a talk" with me or he will take matters into his own hands if the school wont punish me

i think this is all dumb as Fugg bs, anything law wise i need to watch for, how can i prevent vandalism to my truck and how can i prevent this dumb ass from tryin to fight me (also my spot is out of the cameras range dammit!)

It wasn't your fault, so you should report the damage. ;)

First off, park in a parking spot that the camera can see.

Second off, uh...that's all I got for now.

Ya, I'd report it. ;) Might just want to put up a camcorder somewhere in the truck and leave it on during the day/whenever you leave the truck.

God I don't miss high school one bit.

Should've gotten a police report when HE hit YOU. Would also report these threats of vandalism to school administration, etc.

Why the hell would you get in trouble? He did this to his own damn self.

Not totally sure I agree with your statement that I bolded. It's nice to have insurance for accidents...but if someone has decided/said out loud that they are going to damage your property...You are FAR better off stopping them before they do insted of waiting for damage to happen.

I would report it ASAP to the school and/or your school resource officer. If anything does happen and you report it before it does....IT's pretty cut and dry that they will look for him.

    Best of luck...
