If you need the water, don't tone it down...just be smart about it.

Just google "calorie dense foods". Bagels, donuts, bacon cheeseburgers, steak, pasta with meat and sauce, pancakes, sausage, almonds and other nuts.
Smoothies are also another way to get lots of calories down easily.

That's why people who try to eat clean and gain weight never stick to their diet for longer than a week. Trying to eat 4000 calories of salad and grilled chicken in a day is damn near impossible, and even if you can do it, you're going to feel like shit, anyway. I'd much rather just down a bowl of hamburger helper, a cheeseburger, etc.

There's a reason we like bulking so much :D

Also, yesterday was my first time lifting in 8 days and, for the 1st time EVER, I've got DOMS all throughout my shoulders. I love it. My shoulders never get sore

From Wikipedia: Water intoxication, also known as water poisoning or dilutional hyponatremia, is a potentially fatal disturbance in brain functions that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in the body is pushed outside safe limits by over-hydration.

From WebMD: Kidneys can process up to 15 liters of water each day. In general most healthy adults require about three quarts of liquids each day. Most of the fluids we get is from food so the 8 to 12 glasses per day is a great recommendation.

    FYI: 15 liters = 3.9 gallons

In basic training they told us about kids that got water intoxication and died. I guess you pretty much drown your organs. Pretty crazy

My dad said the same thing about drinking that much water. He also said the only possible way to do it would be if you were on ecstasy.

Pretty similar to how I do it. If my piss is clear, I'm either really hydrated or drinking beer.
