I do agree that we really need some more tire retailers around here. Tirerack is okay, and from MA we could pick up at the CT distribution center, but that's a decent amount of gas. Town Fair Tire is expensive unless you really beat them down on price. Not many other great options (sullivan, ntb, kelly are pretty much the same as TFT).

A Discount Tire out here would be great for sure. The thing that I like about them is the tire replacement warrenty does not specifically exclude offroad use like all the others do

I have a second set of wheels, the 6 spoke sport edition wheels that came with the truck. My buddy hated em on his 4R and gave them to me because he swapped to FJ wheels. I just have to strip, sand, prime, and paint them

 

If anyone is thinking ahead to winter and snow tires or just need extra or replacement wheels, I've listed a set of stock steel wheels with lugs, center caps and TPMS in the classified section.

 

Town fair tire will price match anyone.

Buy online and take the tires to your favorite shop. Discount Tire Direct price matches also. Sure, you'll pay a little more for install but you get to have a shop do it that you know will do a good job.

With some TLC you could easily resell the wheels for probably 2/3s that.
