OK i got my 08 taco about a year and a half ago as a graduation present and just out of curiosity, if i lift it, would that void the warranty at all? Thanks for all the help!

i think if you have problems that result from the lift than those are not covered under warranty

It will just coid the warranty for any parts you take off. As far as them trying to say your motor blew they would have to have proof that your lift is the reason it blew, just an example

There is no such thing as "void the warranty". If a part breaks and it is due to an aftermarket part or work then that breakage would not be covered under warranty. For example, if you put on a lift and then have problems with the suspension, they could determine that it is related to the lift and deny you warranty work. On the flip side, your lift cannot be responsible for a head gasket leak.

The clutch is always a touch part. Mods or not because they need to find out if it was a hardware fault or you beat the piss out of it. Its something they'd have to break down and inspect before they would tell you if it was warranty or your driving habit
