Has anyone here had their seats redone in leather?...If so who did you use for your install. I just received a catolog in the mail today and in it was an ad for a company called katzkin. Has anyone ever used this company?...From the ad the seats look really nice!

    Thanks!

I once looked at some leather seats on ebay, you take all the skin of the seats and install that package, and its completely stock, they look like from the dealership

The show Trucks on Spike TV had a episode a while back, and they used katzkinz to redo the interior of one of the trucks. They seem to have alot of options and color choices. I have strongly considered them when I redo my seats. I am also considering Wet Okoles at least for the back seat , because I think they will hold up better to the abuse my Great Dane will puts on the back seat on road trips.

Did they show the actual install of the leather?....Are they a cover or did they have to send them out to be done?

I got them in my truck. The $tealer installed them for me. Check out my gallery to see the pics. They are very nice, and heated!! They aren't perforated like my wifes highlander, but the are very nice. Seem nicer then most stock leather seats.

I can't remember the exact cost, but it was somewhere around $1400 for leather and heated. They also do up the armrests in the same leather.

On the show they took off the old cloth seats down to the foam. Then they put the leather on as a replacement. They are not "leather covers" but actually replacements for the old cloth. They fit snug and looked great.
