Replaced the Tacoma today with an SUV.....RX3 series Lexus......

Poor Tacoma had been with me for 12 years but time moves on and kids grow bigger........Grands are down for a 2 week visit and that extra cab was crowded when they were 3 & 4 never mind 6 & 8..

Did get one with a factory tow package so "boat purchase" now moves on.

Well maybe but you have to hear them try to bump up the price with the S&H, mounting and balancing all the while you have to pay them to have them balance too + tax. They always try to make it sound like they are doing you a favor; news flash they are very expensive. They are not doing anybody any favors.

All good here. I am doing same job just with a different company and in different buildings. Oldest graduated HS and is headed to BSU in the fall.

You went full vader... I just went aniken killing all the little Jedi kids in the school.

 

Exactly the same happened to me. They tried to BS me all this garbage and maybe came within 10% of what it would have cost me to buy the tires off Tire Rack.

Also, my father works ~ 10 minutes from the warehouse in CT and my uncle owns a repair shop in Portsmouth so it works out pretty well for us.

 

So I get to rule the universe for a while til my shit blows up
