    Just gussets... everywhere
If you take the road that hogs wild is on and go west a few miles and you'll get to a big open area and just keep driving and you'll see random trails

    OK.

Where Eldron BLVD SE & Ray Rd SE meet.

It looks like there's a Golf Course also.

looking at The compound on Google earth it looks like an offroad paradise. At least as far as places to explore goes. I assume like most all of FL it is just totally flat. I would love to check it out one day.

What's up everyone. Long time lurker, first time poster. I had the pleasure of meeting quite a few of you at the Tamlando Hooters meet last Sunday. Shout out to Greg for putting it together, Nam for talking me into going and Les for providing the name tags. I hope to participate in more of these events and the forum.

PS - Thanks to Jason for making us other two Speedway Blue Tacomas look tiny by pulling up onto that median.

Hey now, I don't think it would have mattered if that median wasn't there :p. Especially next to mikes 5 lug. Lol. Wish I would have gotten a true side by side shot with Mikes truck.

For those who didn't see what we are talking about.

LOL this is true. The median wouldn't have mattered, but at least with a side by side we would have just looked small. With your rig up there, it just made us look like ants.

Thanks for the welcome! I've been flattening my wallet on this truck little by little. Just not as much as the rest of you guys that wheel. I actually have a few items to get rid of so that I can put the money into savings for future mods/maintenance and free up space to get ready for my move to Orlando next summer. I should probably take pictures and post in the Florida classifieds thread.

Here's my craigslist ad for one item my wife is bugging me about getting rid of:
    http://tampa.craigslist.org/pnl/pts/4550595700.html

I also have a SnugTop super sport camper topper in white for 05+ standard bed or long bed on the double cabs, and the TRD Off Road rims for the 05-08 or 09-11 SR5 wheel upgrade package. I'll post up pictures once I get them cleaned up.

Welder is being delivered today. Going to try to get a bed rack and sliders built before the weekend. And some other little light mounts.

It can be fun but if it's wet it really sucks like Chris said he's still washing his truck from it lol. There's a lot of hills and stuff to climb.

I need someone to teach me to weld. Just some afternoons after work would be greaaaaaat so I can eventually jump in and practice myself. Would be great to make my own stuff one day.

I think I saw some pics of you on a hill or something.

Well, as luck would have it, I can't miss work that day. :(
Sundays are my only day off but I was trying to get Saturday also & I thought I had it.

I was hoping to kill 2 birds with one stone.

    * go with my son to Paintball
    * check out the local trails & the Compound.

Maybe sometime in the Fall when it's dryer we can plan something. It's worth a 3 hour drive for me if it's a big turn-out.
