Hey man Im looking to do exactly what you have done with color matching. Can you give me all the details, my main concern is what I need to mix in the paint to make it stick to the plastic without chipping in years to come

I used a spray can promoter called bully dog I think. Sprayed it on everything before I applied primer. Suppose to help the paint stick to the plastic. Then just painted it normal.

I have chips but mainly due to my mud tires. They throw rocks all over. I have chips on the factory paint. But if you do it right it won't chip. If you don't know what ur doing call a few local body shops and see what they charge if you take the parts off and bring it to them. Usually cheaper if they don't remove/install

Yea wider would look better but I'm hoping these tall skinny ones will go good in the woods. And poor ol 4-banger can barely pull these. Lol

Well I no longer have the 1989 Toyota. I traded it for this bad boy!

A mild built 1988 mustang gt 5 speed. It has gt-40 heads, intake, a b303 cam, bored .30 over, Headers, cold air. Lots of extra performance parts. Runs really good. But I do miss my SAS Yota. But when I crank threw the gears on this car i kinda forget about the truck. Lol

It's singing a wicked song. It looks like someone's taken good care of it. The body's cleaner than most you see.
