Rob, you have any experience with the BFG's in the winter or in general? There seems to be a love-hate relationship with them and I still have time to change my mind....

I had a set of BFG TA/KO's on a Jeep some years ago. They were good in fresh snow or deep snow, but I remember that they left a lot to be desired on hardpack and they were alarming on ice. They wore good, though. I had 30k on them when I sold the Jeep, and they were only about 1/2 worn.

Seth, not on my own truck. I have driven with the BFG in the snow but with my buddies Tundra so that is totally different. I know that BFG has done some slight things with the compounds in the past few years when they started calling it the KO. Seems like nobody ever seems to remember that when they are bashing them for being a old design. GL with whatever you decide

Thanks. On one hand 33's for not that much more, on the other hand 31s are probably more practical for everyday and most of not all of any offroading I do. On the other hand 33s just look so much better...

In Ogunquit? Isn't that like, an hour away from Freeport?

Or did you mean Antonia's? Love their pizza...

Ya, I meant Antonia's in Freeport. Brain fart. Their pizza is awesome. I'm just getting a roast beef grinder though.

Never had their grinders. Any good? Maybe I'll have to try one next time I'm there...

Ya pretty standard. Not something to drive an hour just to get it, but still good. Decent meat, I think boars head. Otherwise pretty hard to mess up. Just didn't fell like pizza today

Anyone still wonder why I hate people?

Fucking Walmart, some asshole zipped back out of his spot and redesigns my front end. Not a word..no apology, no nothing! That and he lied to the cop and said I took off..not sure how I could do that if I was behind him.

Figures, his shitbox Ford Escape has a cracked taillight. I'm probably looking at 3-4K here.

Pretty easy to answer your question then. Since your keeping the GY's keep your 31's for DD and get the 33's for wheeling. Problem solved.

Get the money and see me for the parts. Your probably only $300-$400 for a headlamp and front bumper cover. No painting or body work for those parts, very easy unbolt and replace job. Extra mod $$$ for you bud! ;)

The only time my truck was keyed was at WalMart. That fucking place is a cesspool of people- worst thing about it, and that says something.
