When a fuel source is ignited, yes you will see smoke. As you can see in the video, the fuel didn't ignite until the plane hit the ground. If it wasn't shot down, please explain to me how there's debris 9 miles away from the crash site?

It could've simply crashed, where's the missile contrail? Where's the midair explosion impact?
