I am planning an install meet at my house for Saturday August 2nd. I will have something big-ish to install, and I will be doing it with or without others there. There is likely to be quite a bit of left over beer from the wedding as well.

    Deer Park, north of Spokane.

Guys, I know I've been absent a bit, but here's the news: I'm moving to Denver!

When? Before you leave, you should gift your 4runner as is to me.

My wife is going to be in Longmont for about 2 weeks at the beginning of August, which is not far off from Denver.

Hey when are you moving Sean? Will we be going to Moab next year? Lots of places to wheel in Colorado I bet! We'll miss having your absent ass around here.

All of Kittitas County is under a fire ban, which includes all trails around Gallagher Head Lake.

There are better camping spots than at the lake, which is not much more than a mud puddle. It's pretty, but mosquito hell. The mine trail just past the lake takes you up to an alpine meadow at 6300 feet - awesome spot to camp. Trail 4W302 (Van Epps Pass), which splits from 4W301 about 2.5 miles up from FR 4330, takes you up to a saddle on the ridgeline north of Gallagher Lake; two good spots to camp up there, with views of the Enchantments to the north and Hawkins Mt to the south.

Up that high I bet there will still be snow on the trail but doesn't hurt to try! We will play it by ear and see how it is. Still want more people to join!

The bigger issue is that fire bans sometimes closes trail access. Call before you go.

Does anyone have a GPS that is going with my up to Gallagher Head lake? I have one just need to reset it. If someone else had one too that would be great just in case.

Lift is ordered. Icon progressive HD AAL (1.5 inches) and adjustable bilsteins up front (will be set at .85). Not much but for my purposes its perfect :D Bilsteins won't be for 2 weeks but the AAL should be here by the end of next week and hopefully in for the trip next weekend!

Eeeeek. In all honesty, our business transaction up to this point has been....rocky. I called him today to tell him i wanted to come down and pick it up next weekend and i think to kinda smooth things over he said he had to come up to Seattle this weekend and would bring it with him.
