Idaho BS thread in the PNW

Did around 150 miles of off road in the Bighorn Mountains solo this weekend. My truck rocks stock.

 

Took me 6 tries but I finally caught a round coming out of the tube.

 

just got another!

 

I have some videos too that I want to slow down and see if the framerate was high enough to capture the round in several frames. I know it caught it because you can see a glimpse of it at full speed but it may not have been enough frames to be worth slowing down.

 

I am planning an install meet at my house for Saturday August 2nd. I will have something big-ish to install, and I will be doing it with or without others there. There is likely to be quite a bit of left over beer from the wedding as well.

Keeping quiet about what I have as my biggish thing, but if I have time, I also have an old ass CB to put in.

My wifey is leaving for Colorado that morning, and I will have toys to install on Monday afternoon in a few days. I just have to sit on it until I am done with the upcoming wedding and cleaning up after it.

 

Hello all. Looks like I will be moving from Albuquerque, NM to the Boise area next month for a work opportunity so I figured I better start following this thread. Looking forward to some new BS although I will miss the NM BS.

Thank you! I was actually born in Boise and my parents grew up there, but we moved to NM when I was a baby so looking forward to experiencing that part of the country as an adult (I have been back a few times on vacation).

I work for Hewlett Packard and a job opportunity/promotion presented itself so I jumped on it. It is in the IT sales realm.

 

I have been working for them out here in NM for about 4.5 years. Been wanting to move to Boise for quite some time, the wife fell in love with the city when we went out there last year and an opportunity presented itself so had to take it.

 

northern idaho is hard not to love. it's just dry down here

I'm about an 8 hour drive from Boise, just a bit more west, and a lot more north, up by Spokane, WA.

You don't have to stop following the NMBS thread. You could also look into following the Oregon Washington BS thread.

 

im the one that should start following the Washington thread seeing how as I have to figure out where I want to live in Washington in a few years.
