Only recovery gear needed in our town is a nice 9mm, 40cal or 45cal to survive the locals.:D Got to love a concealed weapons permit.

well if your truck was a 2nd gen you could get a set of maxtrac spindles for pretty cheap :D then combine that with some coilovers

I hate you so much lol Actually thinking about 5 inch DB+coilovers. Idk how much lift I'll need for the tires I want lol

haha lol :p, whenever I convert to 4wd you can have my maxtracs :D but since you are 2wd...there really isnt a need for a db since you dont have CVs to worry about. I think it would be a better route to get spindles and COs then a custom leafpack for the rear, but it's really up to you what you want to get...im just throwin my opinion/suggestion out there. you can fit 35s on a 3in lift too  just requires a little extra work to fit em

I wish they'd work on my truck! Since spindles only go up to 3" for first gens and then 3" from coilovers I can only get about 6 inches of lift from em. Where if I did the 5" DB and coilovers I get could up to 8 inches of lift

I dont think you need 8" of lift lol, but I do see your point in why to go with the DB, but I think 6" if enough to fit some pretty big ass tires under your truck. with my setup the maxtracs give 4" then ICON extds. iirc can go up to 3.5" so I can get about 7"-7.5" of lift if I really wanted to

I could just buy spindles and run em with my spacers til I get coilovers lol but I'm sure that's some kind sin on here

Fuck yeah bud! Find a Bed , Bath and go to the BEYOND!!!! Good wheelin there.

Never know......if you have enough tire shine, and you have enough douchbaggery, and if your truck is lifted 5" or more to where it's Thuper Ghey , , you might wheel so far at the mall you might find a Camelot Records where you can get me the new Too Short cassette!

Yup. Thought DB was the way to go Lmao . I might be able to find a tuner shop that aligns race cars/autocross builds but couldn't justify it. The race lowers I could because of better ground clearance and 30 lbs lighter

They are longer than the std adj 5100's. On the rcd kit they don't run a top spacer they just run the longer 5100's and you use your stock coils. These don't have any height adjustments though. If you run these you won't have to run your top hat spacer and all you would need is these and a small 1/2 top plate spacer. I run them on my truck and our lifts are basically the same thing.

Not to mention 100 times stronger. Make sure to pick up some tri flow and keep it in the truck. It took about 5 months before my lowers started to get noisy as all hell.

If you have some time to spare before you install the kit research Delrin bushings they are an upgrade available in some kits and self lube = no squeaks.
