"Yeah, that's how he hurt his arm"

Whelp, it's official. Based on my description and the symptoms I'm having, the chiropractor said I probably dislocated my shoulder this morning.:(
Fortunately it popped back in almost immediately, and I've never had a problem with it before, so he says that it should be nearly back to normal in a week or so. No bone chips or torn tendons/ligaments visible in the X-rays, either, so that's good. They spent probably 20 minutes just doing adjustments on my shoulder/arm, put me on some electric therapy, and then spent another 10 minutes doing adjustments. I'm getting a massage on Monday and following up with them on Wednesday, but they said just to take it easy and wind the ice and the ibuprofen to it this weekend.

Looks like I've got a nice relaxing weekend on the couch in store.

 At least it's not my dominant arm, I guess.

I popped my shoulder out working on my friend's car about 15 yrs ago. A friend of mine popped it back in..she was about 5 foot 1 and weighed 110. Don't need a lot of pressure, just how to do it. Her son was prone to it and she had remembered the trick. I was fine 3 days later.

This stuff is supposed to be good. I haven't gotten around to ordering it myself yet, so I can't confirm or deny the quality of it.

I used that company to order a scratch filler pen and a couple cans of color matched paint. Color was spot on and I've got timberland mica.

dr. colorchip. If you're interested, I have a kit left over from when I had a white Tacoma. It's about a year old but should still work fine (I can double check it to make sure the paint hasn't cured in the bottle if you're interested). Search them on Youtube. The guys on there make it look incredibly easy and it really is as simple as they make it look. I repaired a good 20 - 30 chips on the front of my Tacoma with the kit and I could maybe find 1 or 2 of the really big ones once I was done. I even just bought a new kit for my Ford last week. Kit cost like $40, if you want it, it's yours. Paint code is 040 if you want to confirm.

Nice thanks guys I have a little paint missing from straping my kayak over my roof, and some rust I need to take care of on the bed right near the bumper.

Yeah, mine just kind of slid back in on it's own when I put a little weight on the arm. Sounded pretty gross, but it started feeling better almost immediately.

Rob, or anyone else for that matter, can you recommend a local camping supply store?

I've always bought my stuff from REI. If you join the co-op($20 I think for lifetime membership) you get 10% back every year. They carry quality stuff and usually have decent sales.

Edit: you bought a camper right? Not sure if REI is the right spot for camper camping

Yeah, I have a pop-up. I looked at REI and Bass Pro but I need to find a place that sells supplies for that type of camping. I ended up ordering some stuff on Amazon like a power inverter, water hose and pressure reducing valve but it'd be nice to have a local store.
