I opened a PayPal dispute because after 3 weeks there was no resolution to the situation. I fixed them based on your word that there was insurance and I would be receiving some sort of refund. PayPal did not decided in your favor. I was just not longer covered under there protection because I fixed them and they weren't in the condition I received them in. I don't know why $45 the offer you sent. I had original told you they were going to be $85 in parts. After tax it came out to $100. There was nothing I could have done to prevent them from showing up in the condition they did. So I'm not sure why I should be stuck with the bill. Anyways after Paypal couldn't do anything I asked for the $45 so I'm not out the whole $100 and we could put this behind us. I'm not sure why you are acting like I kicked your dog or something man.

 

It isn't really a customer. I wouldn't consider a used part he sold to someone to be a customer.

ClayCrusher doesn't sell mirrors, he sells ropes. Ropes that are a great value. This thread is about his ropes.

I have sent out my very first warranty replacement, free of charge. Remember everyone, I fully back my ropes. Look for a review in the future, describing the customer experience when submitting a warranty to me.

This vendor is awesome to deal with. When my product needed replaced he did so without hesitation amid his own personal trials. I would gladly do business with him again and would recommend him and his product to anyone else.

also as for strength I just pulled my idiot friends 2 wheel drive F350 up out of a plowed field he seems to think that duel wheels means 4x4 but any way this rope is great and will come in handy for many things GET YOU ONE you will not be disappointed

 

Thanks Wayne! Glad to hear you got that new tow rope. Try it out, and let me know how it goes. I added a bit more cover so if there's any more dynamic elongation, it shouldn't affect the overall length.

 

we used the rope several times this weekend had the chance to pull a highway patrol car out of a ditch rope was used on the forth to help the fire dept set up fire works there truck had a dead battery and because of rain needed help getting out of the field so in a word wicked rope well worth the money!

I've had several opportunities to use them...just haven't stopped to be "that guy" taking pictures! I've been working 7 days a week since January...so I haven't had any wheeling or wrenching time lately.

Free bump! Op is a great guy to deal with didn't even purchase a rope from him but he's local and has the know how and tools to make soft a shackles, install chafe guard and he even installed my viking offroad winch thimble on the dynema rope I purchased off a friend. I've used all these with out any issue pulling friends jeep, ram 1500, and ram 2500 and all the knots he's tied have held up to the abuse. Granted I haven't used the line he sells but I would not hesitate to buy anything from the OP. Best part of all is that the OP was such a great guy he offered to do the work for free had to pay him tho for such great fast work.
