    While on this subject... Does anyone know the ratio between shock travel and wheel travel on our rear axle?

    Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
    They are pretty close to vertical. I would say it is pretty close to 1:1 ish. That is that our axles move well up and down on the side to side way so a setup like Paul's would work differently than stock which is Fore and Aft...

    Ehhhh I guess. Not that much work really. Besides then I can get some nice shocks and get that lower shock mount up and out of the way for better ground clearance as well.

    We all do. We all want that. Even those of us who also want SAS want that just to be able to compare. I can't wait to see if there is a big diff before I order up my new Coilovers...There will still be time. Good news is once the wife leaves on deployment in March I have a second vehicle to drive while the truck is getting the loving!

    Yeah his a just a "U" style shock hoop...But he has added bumpstop mounts and frame plating. It's a sweet setup but mega overkill for what I want.
