I knew I couldn't go wheeling with that bearing. It was really making noise on right hand turns. Took it apart and metal shavings were every where. And where the tapered bearing is seated, looked like a chainsaw chewed it up.

No.....a roaring noise with vibrations thru the floor boards when turning right at highway speed. I knew immediately what it was by the sound & turning symptoms. Funny thing is, you jack the truck up & check the wheel for play....there was NONE. But if you spun the wheel & placed your hand on the knuckle.....major vibration.

 What ratio you going with? Did the TreadWrights show up yet? I saw your post about the 9th of August the other day. I'm working on that day. I can't get days off easily unless it's planned way ahead. I'm one of only 4 plant Supervisors so 2 of us are always working the day or night shift on every day.

4:88 But now im realizing I have to order more crap to make it work :frusty:
Called treadwright and they said their machine was down and my size wasn't a common one they make so I was SOL.. I kind of went on a rage with them telling them that's something they should tell customers that have been waiting a month for a product.. & they still couldn't get me an estimated ship date but said it was up and running again so should be soon. Which is fine, I knew there was a wait for tires, my truck is still sitting and I knew id have to wait a while to order gears so so far its all going together as planned.

As of now the 9th trip is going to be, Zack, my mom in her FJ, Johnny, Myself and Kyle but we will be riding with zack or whoever. Possibly Blake and Tyler, but I wouldn't count on them

Then when I get back around the 15th my truck is getting pulled apart one last time to do the rear 3rd and rear brakes (hopefully just an adjustment) and will figure out the front wheel bearing issues
