I'll always think Crossfit is stupid. There's 1% of people doing it that actually look fit and the rest are either fat or skinny. There are just sooo many bad examples and negativity associated with it that most people just don't take it seriously.

And as far as metabolic conditioning goes, that's what sex is for. I played multiple sports all through middle and high school and, at 25, I'm not planning on trying out for a college team, so there's no point in staying at that condition. My goals then were to be the best athlete on the field. Now, the only things I do are fish, hunt, watch sports, lift, school, work, and party, so I have no reason to train to run 9 miles or flip a tire across a football field. As I said earlier, my goal is to have as much muscle as possible and as little fat as possible. 100% aesthetics. And like I also said earlier, I'm going to attain my goals as easily as possible. Why walk 20 miles when you can drive and get to the same destination? As long as the fiance is happy and her friends are mad at their boyfriends for not working out, I'm succeeding

    :stirthepot:

Love ON. I use their Gold Standard whey year-round and love it. I've used their Serious Mass and loved it. I also like their creatine. Great products for a good price....they win the most awards every year for a reason

Semi-low carb works for me. I usually cut at a 500 calorie deficit around 220 g carbs, 60 g fat, and as much protein as possible without going over the 500 calorie deficit. I lose about a pound a week and preserve all my gainzzzzzz.

When I'm not working or having fun with my new truck, I'm a competitive track cyclist. I specialize in the sprint disciplines, which means I spend almost as much time in the gym as I do on the track.

In the gym I follow Mark Rippetoe's starting strength routine. I Squat and dead lift M,W,F and alternate between bench press and shoulder press, so one week I'll bench twice while the next week I'll shoulder press twice. The goal is to build power and strength. So far I've had very good success with the program.

I've lost 12 lbs over the last 3 weeks. Eatin a lot of chicken and fish. I'm around 200-250g protein, 110g carbs, and like 75g fat. I know I've lost some muscle, cuz it's impossible to cut without it, really, but I think I've kept a decent amount of mass on. Usually eating anywhere from 1800-2200 calories.

Not by intention. It's chest and back day. I always go with my girlfriend but today she felt sick about 20 min in so I had to leave.
