That one was all out. The only place locally in near the Galleria. They only have .5 ml bottles. That will be sufficient for now.

Still getting the big tube from Fastenal on Monday. I just need this small amount to be able to get it back together, so I can give it a full 24 hours to properly cure.

Then I will get some more hardware, to match and install at least one more bolt per.

All things go well, then I am still on track to get it tuned by Tuesday.

 

what exactly are you using it for?

something that cures with that kind of strength; does it react with the mating surfaces or the atmosphere exothermically? i feel like it's hard to get that kind of strenght without any heat roduction. then again, i'm used to the 2 part epoxy and concrete worlds.

Better materials than there OEM style belts. Better restances to stresses, and stretching. If this were a timing belt upgrade, it would be extremely worth it. It is not, so it is just and upgraded accessory belt, over stock, for about $10 more than stock, with one less rib than stock. Less friction = more power. Because almost race truck. And it matches your truck Nathan.

It's always one thing after another when you're building something non-standard. There are a ton of aftermarket parts for these trucks, but the engine performance category is pretty slim. Being a pioneer sucks sometimes.

 

When I have more time I will post up the pictures. It all come down to me starving the engine of oil. That, in my eyes, damaged my engine enough to make me thoroughly inspect it. Which led to revelations that it was built the way I was under the impression that it was supposed to be. The way that I ordered it to be. Which would have likely destroyed it if I started making the power I was aiming for.

 

So im guessing that this magic engine that you gave your firstborn child for isnt gonna work?
