    took 3 months, 4 phone calls and finally blasting them on their Facebook page to finally come bury their fiberoptic wire in my backyard. told them I wasn't responsible if the dogs chewed through it (again, they got it once during the 3 months and the neighbors dogs started getting interested). got fixed shortly after that one lol. tell them you are tired of the neighborhood kids falling into it and threatening you with legal action.
