Full ome lift, nitro charger sports all 4 corners (rear shocks relocated), Dakar pack w/ AAL, 882 coils, diff drop, toytec 1" shackles, trail gear low profile front bumper, Tuff Stuff winch, bamf sliders, RAT skids, BAMF Bed Rack, Tepui Kukenam RTT, RAT rear bumper,
The winch gets great reviews, look it up. Think it will fit my needs - and free. Synth line might be an add on down the way.

Why are you getting rid of fairlead? I'll need one soon :) might take you up on that.

Yeah I was originally (far down the line) grab a warn winch. But this is too good of a deal! And really the unit gets great reviews.

Hey. I just installed my lift kit yesterday and I was reading about how everyone who has Dakar leaf springs installs some sort of axle relocation bracket. I curious on how it has worked for you and if it's worth investing. Also, how has the D6XL been? Did it change the ride of your truck? Does it stiffen up the rear? How does it compared to stock Dakars off and on road? Whatever details you got would be helpful. Thanks!

Yeah man, I will relicate the axle back a little time and money permitting - right now it only rubs a tiny bit on the front of the fender, no big deal. It wasn't really an issue until I jumped to 33's and added the d6xl. For me the d6xl was a necessity, since I haul a bunch of stuff for camping and wheeling regularly. It added a litte stiffness on road, but haven really noticed any flex issues off road. To put perspective, I have a tiny bit of rake still loaded down, with the d6xl and 1" lift shackles.

You can see that my tire sits closer to the front here:

Thanks for the info. I'll probably invest in axle relocation plates soon, as for the D6XL... Maybe later down the road when I have bumpers, a bedrack, and a rooftop tent. I'll probably play safe and just get extended shackles before the D6XL, as well.

What do you have for the front? I would be more inclined to add the d6xl now and lift shackles later if needed :)

Easier to replace shackles than have to pull the whole leaf pack out to aal.

I'm have ICON front coilovers currently installed.

Yea... I figured that. I would rather see what longer shackles would do before I go to the add-a-leaf. I think the add-a-leaf would come into play one I have a rear plate bumper w/ swingout, bedrack, and potentially a rooftop tent.

Went up to trinity alps this weekend... Putted around for a bit. Was feeling (mostly) pretty monofilter...

Helped a buddy install a full coilover, UCA and prog aal on his second gen. Had a blast. Only took us about 8 hrs.

Some thoughts... Thinking of getting some 1/4" top plate spacers for the front, I have definitely lost a bit, and I'm all over the wheel well. Also thinking maybe a BL? I think I would have a BL Lift installed at a shop....

Also wondering how much a 95lb winch will drop the front... Anyone know?

And I have some weird clicking when I turn the wheel to left or right. Sounds like it is coming from left wheel when turning left and right wheel when turning right. Wth? Everything looks ok...

Bumper and sliders might look goofy on a body lift.. The people who have bumpers w/ body lifts had them built to match the BL. I'd say go w/ the spacers first and see if that helps IMO. If you get the winch can't you get stiffer OME springs to compensate? No clue about the clicking.. I think I asked you this but did you ever do those rack bushings??

Some lift, some armor, some scratches..
I've got the 10mm lift enhancer on my 883s and they gave me just the height I was looking for, and that's with an ARB bumper and heavy ass Superwinch. The ride isn't to stiff either, I say give it a shot.

Right on, that's where I'll start then. Prolly gonna get the winch first though. Ha it'll probably even out, winch and 10mm spacer will get me back to where I'm at now.

Ha it's funny you mention that... Did you see my post in what did you do to 1st gen forum?? Lol we must have crossed posts. I bought this license plate mount that goes in the front hitch on tg bumper :) works good and I take it off when wheeling.
