Near misses are almost as fun to watch because we still see how stupid these people are.

In a way I guess they are better because no one gets hurt and the only damage that occurs is the stain on the seat when someone gets the crap scared out of them from a narrowly missed catastrophic collision.

I would totally do what the SUV in miss #2 did...try to continue to block the idiot's path long enough to make sure EVERYONE saw them.

I need to get a gopro for my truck and film all of my yellowstone trips....then you'd see some real stupid drivers

I was looking for that clip but couldn't find it on the site I was pulling the clips from. I was trying to use non-copyrighted clips. So far I haven't gotten a nastygram from youtube. :D

It's not a gopro. The camera is a microsoft lifecam webcam. I only run the camera when I'm in the office. I'm sure there are accidents that I'm missing.

The intersection is covered on my Friday's off with the second camera, not on the weekends.

I've tried running the camera overnight. The street lights make it to where you can't even see the intersection.

Didn't they start making Looney Tunes about 80 years ago? I imagine some of the content has got to be no longer protected under copyright and now public domain.

By chance I have found out that some jackwad is using my content in their compilation videos. I'm not going to post the link to the youtube page because I really don't want them to profit any more off of my videos.

My thought at this point is to ask them to place a link to my playlist on their video when my content starts up. They will also be asked to place a link to each video that they have copied in the description of their video. I will also inform them that they cannot use my content without my permission in the future.

I could ask them to take it down, but that won't help me in any way. If I can get more views because of their videos then that's helping me. If it's taken down completely then I don't get the exposure.

    Thoughts?

Too poor to list anything interesting.
Definitely contact the other party AND YouTube about this. Since they're paying you for hits. You could add some info to state its yours in the annotations, or even add a watermark.
