Do you or Tyler happen to have the paint code or name for the powder coat that matches the spray on bedliner stuff?

Also, I know Rigid duallys are recommended for the front bumper but I'd like to know what beam pattern everyone is going with. There seem to be an ungodly amount of choices. Spot, flood, diffused, driving, wide beam, wide, D2, diffused flood, hyper spot, diffusion and who knows what else. I'm looking for something I can use as fog lights on a daily basis to see better but not piss off/blind other drivers.

Which brings me to the 20" single row light bar. I'd like to know which model others are running and how they like them and if they'd have gone with a different model. The few models I've seen are the SR-Series hybrid and the spot/flood combo as well as the SR2-Series hyperspot/driving and the driving model. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks.

IMO I would go with dually floods or D2 driving beams. For the 20" I have the SR combo and would love to have the SR2 hyper/driving.

Thanks for the feedback. I was leaning towards the hyperspot/driving light bar but just need to decide on which Dually pattern to go with. Some say flood others say driving. I see plenty use them with Tyler's bumper and wanted to know which model and if they use them for highway use.

I run the flood beam in the fog holes, they do seem pretty bright but I never get flashed if I have them on on the highway

Tyler will I be able to use me E series 20"? I would prefer not to have to switch to the single row

Nate, I use the dually floods as well. I just pointed them pretty far down, about as far down as i could with the space constraint and still keeping them in the fog hole. I did bend the tab that the lights mount to so I could point them down more. I have had them on quite a bit during the day/night and have never gotten flashed. I did talk with one truck driver over cb who said they were annoying but he seemed like he had a stick up his ass. Every other truck driver i've talked with over CB about them says they're fine... Definitely a cheaper option than the D2 style from Rigid if you go with duallies.

Here's the 12in shock setup. Still a little tweaking to dial it in, but check it out.

The double rows do not clear most winches, sorry.

That looks good. You should get your bumps shortened to 2.5" stroke, that's the magic number that seems to work best. Assuming you didn't buy shocks from DSM? They have all the specs on file for this kit.

You run risk of rubbing with the bypass on those kits.

I have dually floods and I run them every time my headlights are on and I have been flashed only a couple times when I had my stock headlight bulbs. Since I switched to LED bulbs with duallys I get flashed less. My guess is the match closer in brightness. I have been right behind police cars and never had an issue... Knock on wood.
