I need an upgrade on my BBQ wheels too
One of the hollow plastic "wheels" split along the seam where the mold came together. Hasn't been a huge problem because I don't really need to move my grill around much but I know I'll need to replace it eventually

Supper on a budget tonight. Salisbury steaks, fresh corn off the cob and mashed taters with gravy.

^^looks good. I'm heating up some leftover elk and elbow macaroni casserole. Pair that with some steamed broccoli and I should be good to go.

It's basically a pan fried meat loaf. I used ground beef, finely minced onion, egg, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper. You can add pretty much anything you want though. I've used worchestershire, mushrooms, herbs, ketchup, etc.

Yeah, hard to see the scale because that's a pretty big pan. They were oval patties about an inch thick. Seared them on both sides then put them in a 400* oven until they were done.

So I went home last night and made Salisbury steaks, and cooked them in the gravy for a little after I cooked the patties, removed them and cooked the onions.
