    This is what I will be doing.... no grill, no bumper mounts. Light bar mounts right to the rack. Plus, the light on the roof will give better light coverage.

    Yes did the mod to fog lights leave them on at all times like daytime driving lights. I have had a few Tacoma drivers ask if it is a 2015 or something lol,

    I have had vehicles with spots mounted high mid and low for actual visibility the light mounted low is the most effective. I use them every time I drive at night. Not to mention the turbulence roof mounted lights add to the vehicle and drop im mpg.
    If you want to draw attention sure roof mount is the way to go. But for use go low.
