Yep just CrossFit. We always have a strength portion but if the programming at the CrossFit gym is good you won't need much else. For example I haven't done bench press workouts in years but my bench has went up drastically from CF. Free weights are in each workout but it's usually cleans, snatch, and other Olympic lifts at appropriate weight.
cF is more about training for things you'll see in life rather than pushing a car off your chest. (Bench press) another example, a buddy wanted an old couch I had just pur at the college apt dumpster, I had no help so I walked over, cleaned it on top of my head and walked it back to the apartment for him. This kid throwing away garbage walked up and saw the whole thing and about lost it lol

 

I see everyday how it's made things easier. Installing a camper shell on my truck by myself from the ground might've been hard before CF for example lol but I did that a few months ago
